"Other comments - hotel very busy and some of the little things in the room were missed like kleenex tissues not refilled. Internet instructions on "choicehotels.com" a bit confusing as well as misleading. Your facility is in Westbank not Kelowna and therefore the instructions would be clearer if we had known this. However All in all the facility was a very nice oasis in the heat of the BC interior. Friendly staff (front desk & cleaning) and I'd recommend to friends to stay here...because that's where I'll be next trip to Kelowna."
